360 Online Safety Mark
Holly Grove School is delighted to have achieved the 360 Online Safety Mark, recognising our ongoing commitment to promoting online safety and protecting our whole school community in an increasingly digital world.
The 360 Online Safety Mark is a nationally recognised accreditation that celebrates schools demonstrating good practice in their online safety policies, procedures and practice. To achieve the Mark, schools undertake a detailed 360 degree safe self-review, evaluating their provision against a range of online safety criteria and demonstrating that they meet the required benchmark standards. This is followed by an external assessment to validate the school’s provision.
At Holly Grove, online safety forms an important part of our wider safeguarding approach. The accreditation recognises the work undertaken by our staff to ensure that children are supported to understand how to use technology safely, responsibly and positively. It also reflects the systems, policies and procedures we have in place to identify and manage online safety risks, alongside our commitment to educating pupils, staff and families about staying safe online.
Achieving the 360 Online Safety Mark is a significant achievement for Holly Grove and demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement, effective safeguarding and the safe and responsible use of technology. We will continue to review and develop our online safety provision to ensure that it remains effective and responsive to the changing digital landscape.
