Hello and welcome to Katie’s Class,

This term our topic is “People who help us” and we are learning all about the stories A Superhero Like You and Fireman Sam.
We will be looking at lots of different people who help us including the police service, fire service, doctors and nurses, lifeguards and hairdressers. We are also going to visit a real fire station and look at all the exciting equipment that they use.
We will be looking at all the magical elements in these stories and incorporating them into all of our exciting lessons.
In Art this term we will be looking at different and exciting ways of using collage and the artist Henry Matisse. 
We can’t wait to show you some of our amazing work, please keep a look out!
