Hello to everyone in Leah’s Class,

We had a great first Autumn term and are very excited for the term ahead as we begin the countdown to Christmas!

The topic of focus for this term is ‘Me and My Shadow’ and ‘Time to Celebrate’. In English we will be reading two stories, The Scarecrows Wedding and Kevin the Carrott. We’ll be focusing on retelling the stories, recalling key events, and sharing our favourite parts. In History, we’ll travel back to the Stone Age to discover what life was like for humans living in caves millions of years ago. In PSHE our focus will be on trust and online safety, helping children understand how to stay safe and make good choices when online.
