We can’t quite believe that we have reached our final half term together! It has been a fantastic year, and we are incredibly proud of all the hard work, progress and achievements the children have made.

We are especially looking forward to seeing the children shine in our end-of-year production, “You Are Special.” They have been working so hard in rehearsals, and we cannot wait to share this special performance with you.

This half term, our learning will be just as exciting. In English, we will be focusing on interviews and developing questioning skills, encouraging children to think carefully about how we ask and answer questions. In Mathematics, we will be learning about time, measurement, and sorting, alongside developing our understanding of multiplication and division, as well as finding the difference using subtraction. In Science, we will explore living things and their habitats, including classifying plants and animals and describing their characteristics. In PSHE, we will be focusing on managing feelings, with plenty of opportunities for discussion around transition and emotions as the children prepare for the next stage of their learning journey.
