Laura's Class 2026 - 2027
Autumn Term 1 2026
Hello and a very warm welcome back to Laura’s Class.
I hope you all had a lovely summer and are ready for the new school year.
I am Laura (class teacher) and my team this year is Megan (TA3), Chianne, Aaliyah and Brandon (TA2s). We are all very excited about getting to know, teaching and supporting the new class children.
During Autumn Term 1 our topic will be ‘We are all Different’. In English we will be reading and writing about the Gingerbread Man, following instructions to make gingerbread and learning to sing a song all about the class rules. In Maths, we will be using our counting and numeral recognition skills, learning new shapes and learning about space and positions.
We will be getting to know all about ourselves and each other, making new friends and setting new targets. We will also find out about our bones, muscles and healthy lifestyles in Science and learn about where we live in Geography.
