We’ve had a wonderful first half term in Jenny’s Class, and we are already enjoying an exciting start to our second. The children have been building new friendships and taking part in lots of independent choosing time, both indoors and outdoors. They’ve explored a wide range of activities linked to all areas of the curriculum, as well as joining in with our special themed days.

One of our highlights last half term was our weekly Forest School sessions. The children especially loved our final session, which turned into a brilliant afternoon of sliding fun!

Throughout the term, the children have been communicating beautifully; whether verbally, using Makaton, or through their personalised symbol systems. We are so proud of every single one of them.
